The Turks & Caicos secondment

All our pupils are offered the chance to spend a month in the Turks & Caicos Islands seconded to the Caribbean firm Griffiths & Partners with which Henderson Chambers has long-established links.

During the month, pupils will typically work on a mixture of transactional and litigation work across the fields of banking, finance and regulatory work, real estate, corporate and commercial and intellectual property. Pupils will be expected to assist with a range of tasks including drafting opinions and pleadings, attending court with attorneys and conferences with clients.

Self-catering accommodation and flights are provided for pupils to and on the island of Providenciales where Griffiths & Partners are based.
